openid-jquery.js mixes tabs and spaces #23

openid-jquery.js mixes tabs and spaces which breaks the indentation when viewed 
in editors with altered tab widths

I think 4 spaces is the best unit of indentation because it works in all 
editors exactly as intended.

fixed in trunk, see commit

made it tabs: other files use tabs
