Make openid responsive-friendly #52

Currently the css code for openid-selector isn't really responsive to different 
screen sizes. Things can be better if we don't fix the width of the form 
element. However, in order for the buttons to wrap lines correctly, some small 
adjustment for the margins of the buttons is needed (otherwise, the highlighted 
button is a tad to big).

See attached patch.

Of course it's not a defect, but an enhancement, but for some reason I couldn't 
find a way to set the correct type.
