Move repository to Kodadot #154

currently we are using github.com/vue-polkadot I would like to have all packages under github.com/kodadot

NFT part is moved already there https://github.com/kodadot/nft-gallery Components which we will be using could stay here as it's vue-polkadot components, or we can move this as well.
