Add support for types.json in Settings

As more para chains have custom types, it would be perfect to support them.

In Settings/Developer you can add custom types, we would like to support this too.

• [ ] Send PR against develop branch, beware, it breaks often, you might keep it up to date, till we merge it
• [ ] Working as in original Polkadot/Substrate portal apps
• [ ] Working with Subsocial, types are here
• [ ] Working with Darwinia, types are here
