refactor: guide/introduction.md, guide/quick-start.md translation issue #52

Description of Problem

  1. Some Bengali sentences did not make any sense or were hard to understand
  2. Some words and sentences were in English
  3. Tips closing was missing
  4. Some links to working properly

Proposed Solution

  1. Reweite Bengali sentences in an understandable manner
  2. Change all English words and sentences to Bengali
  3. Tips closed
  4. Links edited and use closing brackets where needed

Additional Information

Works on both introduction.md and quick-start.md files
