Memory leak? #371

I'm seeing memory usages climb indefinitely for reasons I cannot pin down.

It is most obviously seen as in this issue -- https://github.com/vuejs/vue-touch/issues/15 -- and also in other places where vue-touch is not used, but aren't as easily replicable. Can I get some comments?

vue-touch is quite out of date, I'll probably rewrite it once 1.0 is out.
