Hebrew translation of vuejs.org #2013

Well, seems like there were some issues with the desire to translate the docs to Hebrew and yet all of them were closed. I am going to translate the whole documentation by myself as fast as possible.

Since Hebrew is an RTL language and hexo might not support it (have not tried it yet), I've found a nice solution for that: https://github.com/hamecoded/oded-hexo/commit/3a5e047aca36bb046127347815006e1efbd8aaf1

I am indeed going to translate it by myself. However, if there are any other serious people who would like to participate, please feel free to contact me at simondataonly@gmail.com

Once the whole docs are translated, I will ask for a sub domain for Hebrew.

I've actually been meaning to look into whether we yet have RTL styles, I don't think we do. There's another issue open for this: https://github.com/vuejs/vuejs.org/issues/1985

I'll check around and get back to you in case something is in the works and not shipped yet.

@sdras I wonder, I am translating the docs and yet they won't be in any use for when I release it if RTL won't be applied. Should I keep on translating and wait for when this feature will be applied?

Having the docs done is more impetus to getting RTL finished, and we already have Arabic, so I say go for it. It will actually help prioritize this work.
