Describe the bug

On Firefox, when vuerpess-plign-smooth-scroll is enabled, anchor with internal links generated by markdown-it -anchor or generated by [[toc]] or by markdown-it-footnote does not work with one click, but with two clicks.

Steps To Reproduce

• To test the problem with [[toc]]

• 1. https://v1.vuepress.vuejs.org/guide/markdown.html?#table-of-contents
     2. Click one time a a link. Nothing is triggered.
     3. Click a second time, navigation is triggered.

• To test the problem with markdown-it -anchor

  1. https://v1.vuepress.vuejs.org/config/#markdown-anchor
  2. With your mouse, move your mouse on a title. Symbol # appears
  3. Click on time on the symbol # on the left of the title. Nothing is triggered
  4. Click a second time, navigation is triggered.

Expected behavior

As on Google Chrome, when we click one time on a such link, navigation should be triggered

Additional context

This problem does not occur with Google Chrome
