Is this plugin abandoned? #38

Despite the README.md saying that "Contribution Welcome!" there are some open issues that were never answered or triaged and some automated dependency upgrade pull requests that would be awesome.

it looks like @Shigma you are not maintaining this anymore?

Hey @Shigma since 2019 there has been no development activity in this repo. Would you consider handing over maintenance of this repo so someone else? I know forking is a valid option but through being located inside the vuepress organization this repo has the highest visibility.

I feel really sorry for not maintaining this project for such a long time. If anyone would like to maintain this project please just let me know.

@Shigma I have never maintained a public project, but this seems small enough that I feel like i could try, and give back to the vue community!
