CSS Fixes and adjustments

This is a small patch to adjust some of the styling, particularly on mobile. I haven't really changed the aesthetic very much - just fixed a few things that were simple.

• Changed content container so that it is centered on all viewports.
• Removed card layout for posts when on small devices and added a small margin.
• Gave blog tags a little more spacing and centered using flex
• Adjusted TOC component to suit new layout
• Softened the color on the search bar to be a bit less intense.
• Centered footer content on small devices

There is more that could be added/reviewed, for example:

• It's not usually advisable to use pure black (e.g. text and the footer);
• Maybe a custom google font could look nice?
• Potentially add a mobile dropdown menu
