As the progress of plugin-blog, there's more plugin-blog options can be configure. modifyBlogPluginOptions will become larger.

Users (or developers) are here to use theme-blog not plugin, but they have to set up not only theme configuration but also plugin configuration.
Well, there will be nothing change behind the scene, but it makes configuration more intuitive.
Remove modifyBlogPluginOptions and spread out blog plugin options to theme options.
