On the root README.md file, I personally find confusing the part where the Docs suggest (on the Requirements section) that we should update the vendure-config.ts to disable register by email verification by changing the authOptions.requireVerification to false.
This functionality is available for those who scaffold a local instance of Vendure and not for those who use the https://demo.vendure.io/shop-api option.
I suggest that this section is more explicit.
