What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

As I have to publish VSF-Capi fix asap - I had to remove this validator from VSF-Capi because it bases on changes from hotfix/1.12.3 while current capi uses master branch.

Here we have source code to apply just after hotfix/v1.12.3 is being released: https://github.com/vuestorefront/vsf-capybara/pull/569

What are the acceptance criteria?

Can you complete this feature request by yourself?
