Current behavior
In payment.ts file (https://github.com/vuestorefront/vue-storefront/blob/master/core/modules/checkout/components/Payment.ts#L107), we have used if conditions to check for
billingDatabut we already have a method defined (https://github.com/vuestorefront/vue-storefront/blob/master/core/modules/checkout/components/Payment.ts#L97) which does the same work for us. So we can call that method instead of writing the same condition again.Expected behavior
