Using either lodash or lodash-es #228

From vue-storefront created by ymaheshwari1: vuestorefront/vue-storefront#5660

Current behavior

Currently, we are using both the packages lodash and lodash-es. In code, lodash is only used in some places and almost everywhere we are using lodash-es.

Expected behavior

We can use only lodash-es, as it provides us the modular approach of lodash. Removing lodash will also help in reducing the bundle size.
