Make index.template.html theme-specific #1062

In index.template.html is script to load fonts asynchronously. We need to make this file theme-specific to define theme's fonts separately.

Fonts for default theme:

Playfair+Display:400,400i,700,700i,900
Roboto:300,300i,400,400i,700

Fonts for catalog theme:

Montserrat:300,400,400i,500,600,700,800

I think we don't need all italic and bold fonts so we should check this
