Update Docs for latest theme and boilerplate

fixes SAP docs link via theme
moves IntegrationList into local theme that extends vsf-docs
updates home page + integration list pages

Description

With the changes being made to the theme and boilerplate, this PR will help the migration to the boilerplate when everything is finalized.
