Use Node 18 in CD scripts #7094

The continuous-delivery.yml sets its Node version based on the .node-version file.

Because of https://github.com/vuestorefront/vue-storefront/pull/7090 where there's a large yarn.lock and sf-docs-base change, the dependency tree shifted to Node 18 (or was generated basically on Node 18).
