[Bug Report][3.6.4] Speed dial and tooltip crashes #19787

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.6.4 Vue Version: 3.5.0-alpha.2 Browsers: Firefox 125.0 OS: Ubuntu undefined

Steps to reproduce

Put a tooltip button in the speed dial and see that it crashes

Expected Behavior

I'd like to display a tooltip when hovering an element in the speed dial menu

Actual Behavior

It either doesn't work or crashes
