📚 Description

I'm checking if the automation will add a comment with this new PR, it didn't in the previous (#219) but that was opened before the Github action was approved.

This should publish a nightly release to pkg-pr-new on ~an approved pull request~ a pull request labeled with cr-tracked, adding a comment on how to install it, see https://github.com/BobbieGoede/motion/pull/7#issuecomment-2313311980 for an example.
