feat: layout #19

Description

add responsive layout for recipe, index pages, home page
add menu (eleventy-navigation)
reorganize scss
reorganize js
add md filter for rendering basic markdown from yaml
fix urls on index pages
add grid/list toggle

Pull down branch.
Confirm all tests pass.
npm i
npm run start
Confirm design, functionality.
