Description

fix url generation in responsive image shortcode
fix url generation in 11ty navigation
fix null values in recipe view toggle

To Validate

Make sure all PR Checks have passed.
Pull down branch.
Confirm all tests pass.
npm run start
Confirm design/functionality.
Ctrl+C
npm run build
Confirm dist/recipes/breakfast/index.html has correct urls:
- in menu a elements.
- in picture source and img elements.
- When running build, urls should be prefixed with /birdhouse-recipes.
