I learned vulkano through this tutorial, and I found some small mistakes that may cause compilation error.

07-windowing/03-other-initialization.md
- missing 2 unwrap()
07-windowing/04-event-handling.md
- using a deprecated(maybe) enum - FlushError. I updated FlushError to VulkanError
