This PR updates tdex-cli according to new LDK and tdex-sdk versions

TL;DR

drop LDK (I didn't see #8 sorry)
update axios to 0.21
update tdex-sdk to latest version
update code to work with the new Promise-based IdentityInterface
improve global Typescript implementation
use tsdx

tested on regtest with a local tdex-daemon: I'm able to make trades :heavy_check_mark:

it closes #9
