BUG: Vault rearrange bugging out #353

Describe the bug When rearranging vaults and move a vault completely to the bottom or top, the view bugs out and starts to moves two or more vaults at the same time.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have long list of vaults
  2. move a vault completely to the bottom
  3. See error

Expected behavior Possible to scroll with vault selected without moving two vaults and breaking the arrangement of rest of vaults
