[BUG] Error nonce too low when sending ARB #749

Describe the bug When sending ARB the pairing device ends with an error nonce too low even tho the transaction goes through.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Send ARB
  2. Wait on keysign to complete
  3. See error

Expected behavior All devices are congruent with messages

As discussed in discord the error message is correct but we would need a way to display this error as an advisory and still display the tx hash
