[Feature] - VKE Support #43

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I had a cluster, I wanted to create a migration playbook to move everything to a new cluster. I was able to automate every step except creating and deleting the clusters.

Describe the solution you'd like Implementing Ansible modules for managing VKE.

Describe alternatives you've considered Using a Terraform module in Ansible.

Additional context I am done with the project for now, but it would be nice for the future.

I needed this again, so I decided to start working on it. in the upcoming days I will make a PR maybe
