Consider creating pdfium_shell application. #105

This would introduce consistency with other chromium naming, and indicate that 
it doesn't test very much :( ...

I think you're referring to content_shell? Are there are _shell binaries that 
you're referring to?

content_shell was named as such because of test_shell (which is now gone). both 
had simple UIs that allowed the user to browse sites. pdfium_test on the other 
hand seems much more limited, which is why I originally used that suffix.

Ok, makes sense.  Updating description.  It would be nice someday if the 
example program could display pdfs, for example.
