Standalone GN build not available. #106

Currently, the standalone build is .gyp only (we support building via GN when 
part of a chromium checkout).

To support standalone GN, pdfium needs to get its own:

.gn
BUILDCONFIG.gn

and all that pull in.

I can set that up, but why? pdfium is small enough that gyp is very fast, and 
upstream still uses gyp as its main build system.

Why? Eventual GYP deprecation.  Ideally, once chromium is GN only, this should 
be too.
