As an Admin, I want the ability to add enrolled users of a public live class to a specific organization and group. This will allow me to properly assign and manage class participants within the organizational structure.
Acceptance Criteria:
As an admin, I should have the necessary permissions to access the enrollment management feature within the organization's platform or learning management system.
When accessing the enrollment management feature, I should be provided with options to add enrolled users to the organization and group.
If I choose to add users individually, I should be able to search for enrolled users within the public live class by their names, email addresses, or any other relevant identifier.
The search functionality should provide real-time suggestions and autocomplete options to facilitate the selection of specific users.
Once I have identified an enrolled user, I should be able to add them to the organization and group with a single click or tap.
If I want to add multiple enrolled users at a time, I should be able to select multiple users by using check-boxes
After selecting the enrolled users to be added, I should have an opportunity to review the list of selected users before confirming their addition to the organization and group.
Upon confirming the addition, the system should display a success message indicating that the enrolled users have been added to the organization and group.
If any errors or issues occur during the process, appropriate error messages should be displayed, clearly indicating the problem and suggesting potential solutions.
