As far as I can tell from the data scheme

There are three joins possible to the TopicType table:

[ ] subjectTopicType, by id = topicTypeId
[ ] evaluationBlock, by id = topicTypeId
[ ] genericTopicTopicType, by id = topicTypeId

Write a new script which attempts to do so.

Note the mutations on the resulting dataframe.
