Logging with python

We adapted logging using the logging module. So there are some things that need change.

• we no longer need service to output logging from docker to file and then send it to discord, just simply use the logging file
• the database is overflowing the logging with writes, should be properly handled (probably separate file would be best)
• need to update /get_logs command, if you decide on 2 separate files make sure user can select one or the other, or both with the command
