Diploma verification just for FIT students #233

Looks like currently we support diplomas from all faculties instead of just FIT. I believe this is not inteded behaviour and we would like to give this role just to people that passed courses at FIT VUT as they can be helpful for other students.

Actually we are already checking faculty but I missed it. Closing as not a bug
