[absolvent] Second defense could result in not accepting the thesis #465

If a student had to repeat the defense twice, the isn't the date of the defense in the thesis record somehow. Not sure if that was just for the one case that I have seen, but we should be able to skip this verification step if the defense was successful and the diploma is verified.

https://github.com/Toaster192/rubbergod/blob/master/cogs/absolvent.py#L138-L141 We just need a year, so we should be able to get it from other fields that are presented regardless. e.g. "Kolekce" field can be found in both cases and it contains the year information.
