Macro names are used as argument names before the macros are defined. This just
seems wrong to me, I've moved the macros around and changed the argument names
used. More work needs to be done here(classes defined in translation units,
others?). Patch is attached below to fix the initial issue, I will shuffle the
classes around into a header and post another patch after a comment is made.
