Strong key signed libraries #18

It would be nice if all Fizzler assemblies intended or external 
comsumption, like Fizzler.* and Fizzler.Systems.* were strong-key signed 
so they could be referenced from other strong-key signed libraries.

The core Fizzler assembly is already signed.

Fizzler.Systems.HtmlAgilityPack cannot be signed unless HtmlAgilityPack is 
signed as 
well. It may be worth opening as an issue with HtmlAgilityPack at:

http://htmlagilitypack.codeplex.com/

Please open an issue specific to Fizzler.Systems.HtmlAgilityPack once 
HtmlAgilityPack is known to be signed.
