We need second page for the CodeReviewCreationWizard. It should contain next controllers:

List of all Reviewers + TextField with ability to set part of nickname, or full name (search line) that will filter all reviewers.
List of selected reviewers.

Thats all. For the initial commit.

I made basic realization of this page.
