[Bug] 安装时找不到 env 文件 #221

从 Github 上把项目拉到本地之后，运行 docker-compose up -d 命令，出现如下错误：

docker-compose up -d WARN[0000] /Users/chenyibin/tools/WARP-Clash-API/docker-compose.yaml:versionis obsolete env file ~/WARP-Clash-API/.env.local not found: stat ~/WARP-Clash-API/.env.local: no such file or directory

你需要自己建一个env文件，不管用不用环境变量都要执行创建那一步
