Maya: AbcExport No warning/error information when exporting to read only abc files #271

Something that came up in testing, file under trivial.

Steps: 

Set a abc file to read only.
AbcExport to that file 

Results: The export fails as expected there is no error report.

This now complains with a Maya error in Alembic 1.1
