memicals: improve to be able to run workloads on multiple logical threads #127

Created by Gitlab User danielcm: Memicals should be able to run multiple instances sending workloads to several logical threads. The number of instances is defined as a hyperparameter cpu_threads that should be used by Frodo. Frodo can recommend the number of cpu_threads to use on the next command as this variable is part of ML features.
