Created by Gitlab User danielcm: Éowyn has to provide a CLI to collect coverage. CLI should be able to interact with pre-defined tests for a number of synthetic tools that run on SVOS. This CLI will offer collecting coverage based on those tests (NGA testlines, testplans, etc).
