Coverage: Define a way to collect coverage with non-supercollider tools #136

Created by Gitlab User danielcm: When collecting coverage for all other tests in SVOS, collection will start with the test run and finish with it if execution time is within max time emon has to run. Emon runtime depends on which counters are collected. Only one sample is expected to be captured per each of the events selected.
