svos_cmdline: load emon drivers when needed #142

Created by Gitlab User danielcm: Once SVOS installed emon-driver successfully the drivers need to be inserted into the kernel.

Use modprobe advantage that it won't do anything if modules are already inserted and add the instruction as part of generating environment.

This should prevent a number of issues when emon drivers are not properly installed on the system.
