Support running multiple Frodo models in parallel #147

Created by Gitlab User danielcm: Currently Frodo runs one model per iteration. Rather that redesigning this from scratch, let's bring back the original plan where all boxes in the Éowyn diagram work as daemons that operate independent from the boxes next to it. This way we can safely create multithreaded executions that are specific and serve a single purpose.
