run_test_with_emon: report supercollider execution time #151

Created by Gitlab User danielcm: Éowyn needs to report the actual execution time of any supercollider command. This is reported as a percentage of desired execution time given by -seconds on any supercollider command line.

For example -seconds=30 and execution time 100% means test lasted exactly 30 seconds to return.
