cards with higher difficulty always appear, even when it was ranked as Easy

According to the UG, cards with higher difficulty are shown more often; see here:

Because the flashcard with 123 on the front has difficulty 12 (versus difficulty 5 for the other flashcard), it is always shown to you until the other flashcard was easier for you to remember (i.e. the difficulty of the flashcard with fornt text 123 has fallen below 5)
