Initial application UI #2

Userstories: As a visitor I want to see a map and an input textfield so that I can set up my location As a visitor that has set up a location I want to see my position on the map As a visitor that provides her location via geolocation API I want to see my position on the map

Tasks:

Set up HTML-page
Use Skeleton for responsive layout (http://getskeleton.com)
If user has allowed to share her location, then set it up automatically (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Geolocation/Using_geolocation)

HTML-page structure:

Header on top of the page (configured by administrator, default "Places")
Map in the center (Google Maps, zoom level 15)
Input textfield with placeholder "Your location..." in the bottom with submit button next to it
