stanford had(?) a computational drug discovery class: http://web.stanford.edu/class/cs379a/
stanford also has "AI in healthcare" specialization on coursera with courses like: clinical data, intro to healthcare etc.

this blog has links to some papers published in the area and kinda gives an overview of the industry; but unnecessarily critical.
