Sphinx Version Error with Python 2 & Cython Compiled code #60

I'm unable to get Read The Docs to work with the Cython compiled code. It turns out, that the version of sphinx I'm using doesn't support the *.so compiled C++ file. I'm using sphinx-autoapi 1.1.0. The Latest release (Sphinx 2.2.0) is for Python 3 only.

Therefore, docs are stuck until the build passes.
