2to3 branch merge to master branch

Attempting to merging Py3 version to master branch.

Tests were performed using two systems. See [vvoelz/biceps/docs/examples/full_examples/2to3_conversion_test_02_09_2020]() and [vvoelz/biceps/docs/examples/full_examples/albocycline]()

All Py2 history is backed up here

Very near future: our new release (in GitHub) will be of Py3 version with the tag v2.0
